The following pictures is our latest self-developed super high speed hollow wall winding pipe production line. The production pipe diameter range is 200-500mm. Production speed of square tube is up to 40m/min. Production speed of pipe with 300mm diameter can reach to 1m/min.
Vacuum tank
The length of the vacuum tank is 10m. Used a high-speed cooling calibration. A special vacuum meter controls the inverter which connect to vacuum pump. The vacuum degree can be adjusted within the set vacuum range. High automation and power saving.
Extruder
Using PE/PP high-efficiency single-screw extruder, the forced water-cooling feeding section is adopted in the extrusion section, the barrel is slotted, the power consumption of the main drive motor is greatly reduced, and the large aspect ratio screw (30-38:1) is adapted. Strong material ability and excellent plasticization effect. Specially designed screw can be customized for customers using recycled materials and adding calcium carbonate.
Forming machine
Using servo motor, accurate, efficient and stable. Adopting gears and precision universal joints for direct rotation, high rotation efficiency, compact structure, unique design, and high quality.
